Toronto needs somewhere we can play that has rules as liberal as the law will allow. That's what makes us so BENT!

Tickets are $20.00 per person
(includes light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the evening)
BENT is on the first Saturday of every month.


Looking ahead: BENT is taking a break in July and August because of the lack of air conditioning.
Our next party will be on Saturday, September 6th, the weekend after Labour Day.

Guidelines

  • There is no dress code. Fetish and kink attire are welcome, but not required. Wear something you feel good in!
  • All people (18 and over) are welcome, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
  • No alcohol or drugs are permitted. Persons found with alcohol or drugs on site will be requried to leave immediately. No refunds will be offered.

Registration

Update: There are now several options to register for BENT.
The deadline for reservations is noon on the day of the party to ensure that all emails and confirmations can be processed in time. No new registrations will be accepted at the door. We reserve the right to refuse entry to those not on the registration list. If you have not been to BENT before and do not know the Host, please be willing to provide a reference from someone in the community who knows you.

Registration Confirmation After you have completed the registration process using one of these methods, you will receive an email with your registration number (which is your ticket) and directions to the venue, if needed.


Pay at the Door
Send an email with your full legal name, nickname and email address to bent.signup@gmail.com and advise that you intend to pay at the door.

Pre-pay via E-transfer
No need to carry money because food and drink are included. Just follow these steps:
  1. Sign on to your online banking website, using your account with one of the major Canadian Banks. Please note: If you are unable to send an e-transfer, please contact Black Orchid directly. Other payment options include depositing direct to the bank at a branch or using PayPal.

  2. Create an e-transfer.
    • The recipient email address for the transfer should be --> bent.signup@gmail.com
    • Please send $20 for each person you wish to register. Simply put... to register one person send $20, to register two people send $40, and so on.
    • Choose GETBENT as the answer to the security question. The security question itself can be anything, so if you want to keep it simple just enter, "BENT registration" or something like that.

  3. Send an email to bent.signup@gmail.com. Use the subject line, "BENT Registration - e-transfer sent". In this email, please indicate the full name and nickname (if you wish) of each person for whom you paid in step #2 and let me know if you need directions.

Pre-pay via PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you can sign use it to send your registration amount using the email address at bent.signup@gmail.com, then send an email quoting the transaction/confirmation number and the amount so I can match it up and send you a confirmation email.

Pre-pay via Bank Deposit
Please go to any TD Canada Trust Bank and deposit into transit number 11042, account number 6583785 under the name Dana Shaw and ask for a deposit receipt. Once you've put in the deposit, please send me an email quoting the time of the deposit and the amount on your receipt so I can match it up, confirm the deposit and send you a confirmation email.


The Venue

BENT takes place in a private venue!
Note:The downstairs spaces are wheelchair accessible (washroom is partially accessible).

This unique space is located in a semi-industrial location, with a very discrete entrance. The party is hosted at a warehouse-type space with a large open area downstairs that provides room for several play stations. There is a washroom and change room on the main floor. The upper loft area offers a more secluded play environment that's perfect for some of the Shenanigans that go on at BENT. I-beams in the ceiling are often used for bondage suspensions.

The play space is located south of Bloor between Lansdowne & Dundas West subway stations. You will receive full location information and directions upon confirmation of your reservation.


Volunteer!

Every event depends on volunteers to make it run smoothly. Volunteers for BENT get in free on the night they volunteer. If you're willing to help with setup, teardown, door or DM, please sign up for our volunteers email list by sending email to: bent-vols-subscribe@yahoogroups.com or contact Dana (Black Orchid) at bent.signup@gmail.com directly, letting her know what you can do and if you have any shift preferences.
